What kind of interesting and out of the ordinary ones do you like?

I was at World Market and they had a wall of individual beer, ale, and ciders. To make your own six pack. So I bought a few different things.

They had imported to domestic stuff that you don't find in every store you go.

I'm drinking a wonderful pear hard cider from Woodchuck Draft Ciders. It is YUMMY!

Woodchuck is good. Strongbows is another good cider.

Fullers ESB is good. Also recommend Delirium Tremens. Tasty! Hmm, Double Chocolate Stout is good. Indian Nut Ale is good too.

I was in the Timberline Lodge on Mt. Hood in Oregon a little under a year ago and I had a couple of their own personal micro-brew beers. One of them used local (luckily NON-poisonous) mushrooms as the base flavor, while several others used such items as honey, caviar, and even bananas as bases for their concoctions.

I ended up just having a Sam Adams instead. laugh

I recently tried a Hoengaarden. It's a Belgian beer, if I remember correctly, but it's lemon-citrus flavored, served with a lemon wedge. Delish!

Lavender Beer sounds horrible. I knew someone who made lavender flan once. It tasted like lavender smells. I couldn't eat it.
