My daughter is learning how to cook. She just got married in February. I tried to teach her growing up, but she had no interest, now she has no choice.
We are looking for low calorie, low fat, but still good recipes. Anyone got any suggestions?

You guys are too funny. She is supposed to actually cook. He won't let her fix anything that goes in the microwave.

The George Forman grills are great for some stuff. Love using it, hate cleaning it. There are low cal cookbooks, too. Legally blind, so I find easy ways to cook. Also bake chicken with seasoning like Mrs. Dash. That can kick up a meal. Salsa helps. I concocted a tuna meal w/ salsa & shredded cheese, which you can eat hot on rice or cold. Quick & easy, & can be done in microwave, but use the tuna in the pouch.

Try allrecipes.com. They've got some great stuff on there, and you can search it out by category, to include "Healthy Living". The George Foreman is also good... marinate meat, veggies, mushrooms in Dale's and put on grill.... yummmmmmm!happy flowerforyou
