how do you think someone like me feels? i have to buy all my clothes too big for me, and since i cant wear belts i have to be tuggin at my pants all the time. and shirts, its hard to find my size, with my shoulders chest and neck get real tight, and around midsection its too damn short. you have to make due with what you can when you cant find what your looking for. but you are who you are, dont try to change it much, your that way for a reason. be yourself and make yourself happy. that should be first and foremost in alot of situations.

You're so sexy....bigsmile devil

I wish you wouldn't feel that way. flowerforyou
Do what you can and accept the rest.
It's hard not to. My sister has had 3 children and is skinny and can wear anything. She looks good and does not look like she has had any children. So I thought maybe if I lost some of the weight, maybe my body would look better. Wrong. It just looks worser.

Thanks

Justme- I spent alot of years hating me, not liking who I was on the outside, forgetting to love me on the inside. That took it's tool, I did alot of unhealthy things. I got myself together and it all comes full circle... Not over night, and I'm still working on me, but loving me is so much nicer than hating me...bigsmile

The people who loved me big, love me smaller now too, and the only thing that changed was my dress size. Went from an 18 to a 9... I'll be happy at a 7, but I like me at a 9 too.

I know exactly how you feel. The way the clothes are made nowadays sucks. I can't find anything to fit or that feels comfortable. Thanks.

Hi I know how you feel I have the same issue going on. Then when I go out with all of my friends and we take pictures I dislike the way that I look in the pics. They all look small and thin. When I feel a little like this puffy person. However I do now have a better attitude towards it. I walk every morning before it get's hot out. I listen to music while I walk it really helps. I have a very positive attitude towards my goals. I do yoga in the mornings outside listening to nature. I never weigh myself. I just try on this one pair of jeans every once in a while. I know that you can do it. Start with your attitude first about it and the rest will fall into place. You can add me as a friend if you like and we can stay in touch about it and help each other. Good luckflowerforyou

I'm so sad over the way my body looks. It just disgusts me. After having four children my body looks awful. Clothes don't fit or look right on me. Maybe it's because of the way they are made nowadays. I have tried losing weight. That didn't help. I've tried lifting weights. I've even excerised. Nothing works. My body just seems to keep getting worser looking. I use to enjoy wearing shorts, but now I am ashamed to. What suggestions do any of you women have that I haven't tried that might could help? Or am I losing the battle? I don't have money for surgeries to make it look better.
word for word... me...
one thing have learned...
i am who i am.. and i love me for it.. my kids love me.. and if nothin else. my cat lovesme!!!!

love yoursef.. you are exeactly how you should be..

Thank you. I just feel bad because I see women that look good that have had children and here I am walking around looking awful as to where they look like they have not had any. It makes me sad.

I agree with Lily, take care of the inside first. Then you enjoy taking care of the outside much more.
I am trying. I longer drink drinks. I am cutting down on my sweets and food. Soon I will try to do some walking. I'm going to try again. Thanks

Wow. You did a good job of yourself. The sad thing is my daughter just gave me her size 12 shorts and I actually could fit into them. Normally I wear a 7. How is that I can wear her 12 and still wear my 7? It's odd. That made me feel worser about the way my body looks. These d**n bras don't hold my boobs up or in. I'm constantly tugging at it. That's wonderful. But having children changes a person body in a different way. It's hard to get that look back that a person once had.

You're a size 7 and you're complaining REALLY????

All clothes are made differently... that's all there is too it, a guy's pants say 32' waist... and it is 32 inches. A womans size 3 can be a 0 or a 10...depending on the designer.
