Anyone else like watching it? What do you think? I'm undecided, never had an experience myself.

Gwen's spirit has come to me a few times, I wouldn't call her a ghost.

I think I believe as well. But I think you have to be receptive to experience a lot of it. I really believe that a part of our brain is tuned into this but most of us haven't taped into or developed that part of our brain.

I am assuming Gwen was your wife? My wife died four years ago and I wish she would visit sometimes but she hasn't. That is what I find most scary, why some people can experience and others can't. You have to wonder what is really out there?

I smell roses sometimes. There is never any around or people around at the time. That just tells me my father is around and watching to make sure everything is ok. He grew and loved roses.

Well OK...22 years ago last Friday was when my husband commited suicide. About a week after the funerals,I started smelling fried fish in my place. He loved fishing,we used to have brook trouts and eggs for breakfast. So flame if you say that's your dad watching over you when you smell roses, then that was my husband watching over me when I smelled that fried fish.

Yep. He probably wanted to make sure you were ok too.

There are times that I see things that I knew my grandmother liked, and think about her I know she is smiling down on me!!

Don't watch Ghost Hunters, but truly believe in their existence. Those of us who can't see ghosts would probably be too traumatized if we encountered one. GREATGUY, that may be why you do not see your late wife. Or perhaps she feels you may not move on and find someone else if she appears to you. Or, Heaven might not allow her. There could be many reasons why. Is there a difference between ghosts and spirits? I can sense spirits and can even see waves of energy at around 11 pm. I figure it's either my guardian angel and spirits guides, which I truly believe we have, or spirits looking for a place to crash at night. lol !

I believe. I've never seen anything, but I've physically felt things. Also my best friend and my cousin and his family have lived in houses that were haunted. -- Two separate times and two separate houses.

I know what you mean. Godsnaturelover had a very good point. I also believe in spirit guides and guardian angels, I wouldn't be here now if they didn't exist. Maybe my wife won't appear to me until I move on, but it is so difficult to understand that which we can't understand etc.

I truly believe in spirits, ghosts, paranormal activities. I've never encountered one face to face..but have smelled scents when there should be none- knowing my Grandfather was in the car with me when I smelled his old brand of tobacco, my 2 yorkies would not go into the dining room at the farm and would bark ferociously lunging towards an empty chair and the scent of fresh biscuits was in there but it was late at night and everyone was in bed except me and mom. We knew our Sug was in there, he loved his fresh biscuits. My late husband went fishing down to a neighbors pond, and saw a man standing under the light and said hello to him but he turned and walked towards the house, then vanished. When he came into the house he looked like he seen a ghost and I asked what was wrong? He told me what happened..and I asked him what the man looked like? He told me what he looked like and what he had on and Mom and I said that was our Uncle Obed! He died about 5yrs before I met my late husband. Plus alot of unusual things through the years. But I do believe!!

"Ghost" are our touch with the other world. It is how we know that there are those that care about us, even if they are not still with us!!!

The year after I lost my husband I was in Hull Quebec with some friends.Something caught my attention and looking up in the air I stepped off the curb in front of an on coming car.My friend pulled me back just as the car wizzed passed. To this day I believe it was my husbands hand on my arm and not my companionbigsmile
I have felt my Lennys presence.bigsmile About 4 yrs before he passed we took a drive to my brother's farm , sis wanted to get some rocks for her flower bed. This was the first and only time Len had been there. While we were there a red fox appeared on the hill my husband being a nature lover started talking to it.But it ran away.the year after his funeral, again we went to get her some more rocks it started to rain as I bent down to pick up a rock I felt Lens presence as sure as my sis beside me.

Today, I had an experience that I can't explain. We have had thunderstorms all day, some violent others nothing at all. During a storm late this afternoon, I heard a distinct knocking st the front door of my condo. I looked out and there was no one there.

Needless to say the hair on the back of my neck went up. I thought it might have been the storm, but when I opened the door, there wasn't anyone there, but there were three brand new copper pennies face up on the mat which weren't there before.

It wasn't dark, it was during the late afternoon, and it was three distinct knocks twice. Very unnerving.

I've never seen Ghost Hunters...but yes I do believe. A few months after my son passed, I saw his perfect reflection in a large wall mirror. I think it was his way of saying, it's OK Mom I am alright and you'll be alright too.
