but its better to know your boundaries than to love openly and be hurt a million times

this is very true...i was more referring to the healthy minded people that say ive been hurt to much so im just not going to persue anything with anyone. Not idiots that say oh im so done and then put up barriers and make things complicated for others trying to be in relationships with them lol ive happened upon a few of those.

Some people look at love like: "What is this gonna cost me" Instead of looking at it like: "Look at all I have to gain"

One must learn to love themselves before they can love another freely!
