personally i think that if we can only see the softer, weaker, more vulnerable side to someone who has hurt us then we would not be so quick to hold a grudge. perhaps if we had a peek into what really stirs them to hurt us then perhaps we would have more compassion but unfortunately most of the times we cant. just a thought.

hah, I took that as a two part question.... cough anywho....depending upon the severity of the situation who knows. I am known for holding a grudge, but it just depends on if they're worthy enough of being able to be forgiven for what they did.However, I won't allow them to forget.
