I thought it was a bit pricy myself, but if he pans out worth a sh*t, I
guess I can deal with it. We also just got SS Micheal Lewis formerly of the Eagles. All we need now is Adalius Thomas, who I wanted the 49ers to get in the first place. Add that with the 8 first day draft picks we got, and ya never know, we might be able to go to the playoffs this year. |

 Damn Patriots got Adalius Thomas. That's okay, we just got DT Aubrayo Franklin who adds quality depth to our D-line, and that surely won't hurt. Hopefully we'll get some young fire-pissers in the draft for the LB's and WR's, maybe even finally just split out Vernon Davis's non-blockin a**, and get another TE since Johnson might leave. |

All I know is that the 49ers have to get a better pass rush to help out
the CB's, FS, and SS. Because no one can cover anyone if the D-line cant rush the passer. I mean they can let a QB sit in the pocket for 10 sec. and think they will stop anyone. |

Adalius Thomas. We could always try for Joey Porter too, especially since we're tryin to switch to a full on 3-4 defense. He damn sure wouldn't hurt our chances anyways. |
