when did you start smoking

I started at 14, and quit at 43

YEA IT IS YOUNG AND I WISH I WOULD HAVE NEVER STARTED..

i started smoking when i was 8yr old...but it was never a habit till i
was about 12 or 13 and been smoking ever sence...excpet when i was prego
with my son. and i didn't start back up till i was done beast feeding
when he was 7mths old...

well i had an older hald brother living with me at the time..but when he
left..i stole them..lol

It became my worst habit when I was 15. Wish I had never started it
then...but you know how it is...peer pressure, you think you're so cool
and all. It ain't so cool when you're hacking your head off after so
many years of smoking. I did quit for 6 years though...but all it took
was weakness on my part after a break up of a "bad" realtionship, being
at the wrong place (a bar), having had a few drinks and a pack of smokes
sitting on the table that didn't even belong to me. One light up and
that's all it took and that was 2 years ago. I plan to quit again....I
just have to make up my mind to do it.
Any encouraging words from all of you?
