Hello,

I had a reply on one of my first threads here from a member who, when I
click on the picture or name, I get my own profile.

Did that member bug out? Or is this a system bug?

Thanks for any help...

I've had that happen when someone leaves the site -- I guess once their
profile is deactivated, you can't get to it, even if you click on their
picture in a thread, so it just sends you to your own....

Yep it is deactivated but.......... if you have an email in your e-mail
from them you can still send them an e-mail and it will go to there
regular e-mail will have a note in there that they have e-mail here they
can come read it and answer it and not be activated lol some do that
just to get away at times lolbigsmile

Wow, It makes sense that the member did bug out on his own or was
removed. That particular member had over 4,000 comments logged since
last um... September 06, I think. That's a bunch huh?

Thanks for the feedback all. It helps a lot to know (or think we know)
what is happening!

Yes if you click on a profile and it goes to yours... there are two
explanations

1) They deactivated
2) They were banned/suspended

Today, we just changed this so that if you click on an inactive profile,
you'll see a message that the account has been deactivated instead of
taking you back to your home page. This will just make it a little more
obvious that the user is no longer active.

Hope that helps.
