I cant stand the thought of cheese or meat or butter , normally I turn my nose up at fruit but fruit is goin down nicely ...last apple though ...I really hope I can drive tommorrow an go to store an pharmacy

ya blood pressure is up lay off the salt........no mcdonalds!!! Buy Mrs.Dash.....good salt substitute and no canned foods.....ya I had major high blood pressure when I was pregnant. They took away my cheese!!! But I had my friends sneak me in dairy queen into the hospital.....

Chevy cut the salt out of your diet!!! Stop eating fast food, canned foods, geeeeeeeez do you know what high blood pressure can do???? It can make you go into kidney failure!!! My ex husband....this is what happened to him!!! He almost died!!! He is now on dialysis 4 times a week........4 hours at a time!!! all from high blood pressure!!!
