omg I was in the dmv yesterday and I overheard this really short guy say he was 5 ft 3 to the dmv officer. Im 5 ft 2 and that guy looked like a midget. I looked at my uncle who was there and I said....."Am I that short??? He said yes....but your 1 inch shorter!!!
