Over dinner tonight discussing relationships with another female we came to the conclusion that MOST men IN OUR OPINION don't listen to what we say but rather hear what they want to.
example. She says: I missed you today. He hears: I want to make babbies with you and marry you tomorrow. She says: Let's take things slow. He hears: I'm going to say whatever you need to hear so that I can get you into a relationship. she says: This is purely physical He hears: I don't want you to see anyone else only me. These of course are emotionally unavailable men... like we didn't see that one... yet they are still acting as if we care....
