That says bi-polar men accepted here....

So I met this guy on friday, a friend of a friend so I figure that's pretty safe right?

Had a good time friday exchanged numbers and was talking to him today about general stuff... He asked about my daughter (her age ect) I said "I'm a soccer mom during the week and I get to be me on the weekend" He says who is she with on the weekend?" I tell him my ex and explain our friendship and his love of his daughter. He says "That's cool that he is so good about her" and I say "I don't associate with those who don't hold up to their commitments in life." (He has no kids) The phone goes dead... I assume it is my cell out of range. I call back, no answer.

Then I get a text saying. I stand up to my commitments, I can't believe you think I don't"

WTF???

I text back "When did I ever say that?"

He texts "I've never been married and I don't have any kids so you think I'm afraid of commitment"

WTF???

I text back "When did I say that?"

He texts back "This won't work, your expectations of people are just too high"

I send "Ok, nice to meet you"

He sends back "You don't even care?"

I say "Nope, it was nice to meet you, I'm sure I'll see you around"

I'm so over dating I don't even have the energy for this kind of bullsh*t.... I'm not a weak woman... I don't think I give off that impression EVER, why would anyone assume I'm gonna chase around a guy who states "this won't work" ...Uhm, Ok, nice talking to ya....

He just wanted out of the convo becuase he prob didnt know you had kids. he didnt want to seem shallow so he just waited for a reason to blame you for being the weird one.

That seems to be the new "norm". Men assume that you are critisizing them or asking for something when you didn't even come close to saying that at all. Their own fears showing, possibly?

It quits wiggling after you play with it for a bit.
