talk to someone for awhile, a friend or whatever, you loose contact and when you see them again, they talk different?
Like with a different accent, or use a totally different "way" of speaking, or they say a few words in an accent that they don't normally have? It's so weird. |

yep,back in elementary school,one of my frends was really smart,and spoke proper english,i ran into him in high school,and he basically muttered when i talked to him,turns out he was smoking weed(hes a loser now)

I have been that guy.. I left Illinois to go in the army when I was 17, and came back after 10 years living in Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, and europe. I talked with a southern drawl for at least 3 years after I got back.. My friends in Germany made fun of my Texas-German accent when I spoke German..

Mark and Sully that's different, you tend to pick up accents if you live somewhere long enough, I'm saying if they never went anywhere and it's only been like a month or three...

Some people tend to take on the accent of people they hang with or talk to a lot (sometimes that person is just in their life yanno?). I've done that before .. and then caught myself

When i went back to Peru after 17 years
People wonder where i was from I was like i was born here They said well you don't sound Peruvian Your accent is gone , I was like OK 
Though i know i got an accent when i speak English And has not changed ... maybe improved with the time here (USA) |

Yeah and i say "Dude" all the time Bwah hahahahah! I KNEW you would see that!!! Meeeep! meeeep! (I couldn't resist... I was going to say a Russian accent, but figured you would sound even funnier with a Duncan accent)
