scared

Not really. They either do or don't - can't get upset about it - won't do any good. Unless this person is a close friend and you know what's going on - you never know what the recipient is up to that might prevent or delay their response.

If I know they are online a lot (or as much as I am)...yes I hope for a quick response.

If I know they go days without even turning their computer on - then I don't freak if it takes a few days.

It is the no acknowledgment to an email period that drives me batty.

You know after they matched with you.
Talked to you a couple of times.
Why don't they. If they don't want to anymore. Just say.

Well, according to my success with email here at Mingle 2, most of the ladies here must have a " I will answer your email just as soon as hell freezes over" guarantee!tears

Not really. It depends on who they are, when they read it and how busy they were when they read it. Or even if they read it at all.

Peccy your posts have way too many variablesbigsmile

on how long it should take someone to respond to email?

Based on my experiences here, I would say approximately 10.8 trillion years, or half as long as it will take me to find an interesting profile.
