OK, today is a brand new day...if you didn't do any excercise yesterday or if y you ate a dozen donuts, you can put that behind you and start anew 1 2 3 4 get off your azz an hit the floor!
Actually hadn't done mine yet...but I am thinking real strong about it
I was in the ER all night with my daughter who was on oxygen and getting breathing treatments for bronchitus and asthma, so ya .. I'm exhausted and headed for a nap before going into work. No workout for me today woman.
Oooooooh JUDY! I hope she's ok! I got asthma too. Wishing her well.

i ran 3 miles before work today....im still on the verge of quittin ciggarettes so i almost died lol...im gonna lift after i get home tho

Happy to report that I started taking care of myself this year - including fitness goals! 2 miles daily or 30 minutes other aerobic activity daily as a minimum. Feel great and buying smaller jeans so count me IN for this thread! Woo-hoo!

M-F I run 0.5 miles with my son and do 3 sets of push ups and situps with him. I then run 3-4 miles and do varying weight training depending on the day.
On the weekend I do 32 oz curls and watch football. |
