Dear Diary; I think i just had a panic attack. My whole body went numb and my fingers were trembling. I tried to grab the computer mouse but my hand was shaking so much that i couldn't grab ahold of it. And i started getting really hot and could feel sweat beading on my forehead. I had to take baby steps to get to my bed (and its right behind the computer) and i laid down for a few minutes and my body went back to normal. That was freaky as hell
