yes but he was an american living in california. I used to live there. He didnt have a passport but I did.

Mexico has really changed in the last 23 years. You could live like a king on the west coast of baja. The surfing was great if you didn't get eaten by a shark. Today its dangerous. All those little towns are broke. All the cops are taking kickbacks and bribes. Kidnapping and crime are rampant. No wonder they all moved to america.
