This is a commercial enterprise.

I completely support and understand their fear of being associated in any way, even in a search term, with the association that came up in the deleted thread.

I cannot let this pass without saying that is why, when not being a huge supporter of the ACLU, I have to say I am damned glad they exist.

What happened tonight proves why what they do is so valuable. They advocate for every groups right to speak out, to lobby for issues they beleive in and to have a voice, no matter their message.

This country is not a commercial site nor is it a nation for just one voice. What makes us great is that we can all say what we'd like (as long as we do not advocate violence), we can all petition the government, we can all disagree, we can meet in groups of one or two or...(okay well we are tettering on the edge of losing some of these rights) we can post on forums (within their terms.)

Again, on this issue I completely support the site's mods in removing the thread.

People who jump to conclusions are everywhere.

Why look! It's already happening.

Molesting children is violent and disgusting. No one, in reviewing this and the deleted thread advocated that activity nor did they support or defend it.

That's not what the deleted thread was about.

Still, I support the mods deleting the thread because some people cannot, it seems, see the forest for the trees.

right there hon. all im saying is they shouldnt be allowed to assemble. yet you defend their right to. despite them being a violent and hurtful group?

Honestly yes!

I want to see all those groups! Let's put them on TV so we can see their faces.

KKK let's see your faces

NAM*** let's see your faces

American Nazi Party let's see your faces

I know I am silly but I would rather expose everyone to public debate no matter their position than to push it underground to fester.

Debate is essential to the free exercise of democracy. Ideas, even unpopular ones, when debated, force us to evaluate ourselves and our society. if we listen to each other and open our hearts and minds to change ideas make us better people and a better society.

As long as we can talk...I am not afraid.

it seems that ignorance is a promotion of being safe

(how many liberties would you give up for a false since of security)

if a bad thing is discussed then the personalities of the people will come to the for front

if now critical issues are discussed then you do not get to see the views of the potential (date?)

thus this leaves one with not know how they inter act with certain issues until possibly it is to late

if you discuss emotional issues then you will see the emotion of the possible (date)

this will give you a better idea of there personality

what better way is there to see if you want to (date) someone is there

just a ? how does hiding from the hard stuff help keep one safe

dont hide form it confront it. dont invite it into your hosue to your TVs, to your newspapers, just eliminate it in every shape it comes in. if we had stiffer penalties thered be less crime, do we stiffen penalties? NO because were nice. so im going to hold a drug dealer convention, no guns no drugs, but we will talk about gang violence and plan hits and drug deals, but we better not get arrested, thats a breach of my civil liberties!

It's the job of the president to defend and support all Americans regardless of their political affiliation.

it is the job of the president to defend the constution of the united states

and the last two presidents (bush and clinton) should be tried for treason and dereliction of duty along with the that help pass both

the anti terrorist bill after ok city bombing (clinton)

which layed the foundation for the patriot act (g w bush)

like i said b4 both parties have the same destination just different routes to get there
