This web site has been found by the African scammers... can you provide a way to have us contact you when we find them so you can remove them before some dimwit sends them his bank account numbers.....

You can click on "Report user" when they e-mail you.

The one that was trying to keep contacting me was activating and deactivating his account almost every day.

They really know how to fly under the radar, don't they? I guess you can just block them and send an e-mail to the administration with their name.

Sorry, no I didn't, but . . . the promise of leventy-four million dollars was tempting. You'd think they might try using spellchecker and getting some grammatical help.

That's mostly good advice. The best way to get a scammer off the site is to report him/her. Of course, if one of them contacts you, you can always block him/her.

Also worth mentioning is the fact that you can report a user who has deactivated, by using the following form:
http://mingle2.com/user/report_abuse

In any case, we insist that you do not post user names of potential scammers in these forums. Please report them directly to us using the appropriate form. Thanks for following these guidelines, guys.

as soon as I tell them how I've always dreamed of being married to the daughter of a Tutsi water buffalo rancher and can they cover the airfare from Dallas to Nairobi I never seem to hear from em again
