Where? I honestly haven't heard... I heard they were questioning him about it, and recently the courts were going to require him show proof, but i haven't heard anything recently...

I thought the vid was interesting just the same. He sounded like he was coming up with some logical arguments though...

I have some serious doubts he will be thrown off the ballot. Even if he isn't a natural citizen, i doubt, even with all the evidence, that it will break much of a "story" since Obama does a pretty good job at making the "status quo"...

Nevertheless, we shall see...

Honestly though, it is in the constitution. Though I don't know much about it pertaining to the presidency, so I cannot comment on whether or not he is eligible for the presidency.

Motion filed to dismiss Berg lawsuit

PHILADELPHIA - Presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama, and the Democratic National Committee filed a joint motion in federal court Wednesday to dismiss a lawsuit challenging the Illinois senator to prove he's a citizen of the United States.

On Aug. 21, four days before the Democratic National Convention, Lafayette Hill attorney Philip Berg filed suit in Philadelphia seeking to remove the Democratic candidate from the November ballot claiming he was born in Kenya and not in America. Berg asked the court for a temporary restraining order "prohibiting Obama from being formally confirmed as the Democratic Party nominee for president," according to court papers.

The Federal Election Commission was also named as a defendant in the legal action.
A day after the suit was filed, a federal judge denied the motion for a temporary restraining order.

When rumors emerged last summer questioning whether Obama was born Aug. 4, 1961 in Honolulu, Hawaii, his campaign posted a certificate of live birth on its Web site.
In a press statement circulated Wednesday by Berg's law office, the attorney insisted the Democratic candidate was born in Africa and thus ineligible to run for president.
"It is obvious that Obama was born in Kenya and does not meet the 'qualifications' to be president of the United States pursuant to our United States Constitution. Obama cannot produce a certified copy of his 'Vault' (version) Birth Certificate from Hawaii because it does not exist," the press release reads.

The suit seeks to compel the senator to produce the long version of his original birth certificate.
The motion to dismiss filed Wednesday called the suit's allegations "ridiculous and patently false," and argues the court lacks legal standing to challenge a presidential candidate's qualifications.

I still find his Berg's stance on where Obama went to school, and how he would have had to give up his citizenship in order to do so legally in that country. Of course he could have falsified that and kept his citizenship. I also found it interesting that many of the stories collected from people who explained where he was born don't collaborate.

Not jumping to conclusions, just find it interesting. It's something i haven't questioned about him before, and it is a legitimate thing to question....

There was a thread on here a week or 2 ago, regarding the exact same article. It was refuted, I included a couple of websites, including (a) one to the court where the suit was filed and (b) one that explains basic constitutional law regarding who exactly is eligible to run for President. Trust me, if he wasn't eligible to run, he would never have been able to even announce his candidacy. The DNC would never have allowed him to run and endorse his candidacy, it would be a huge embarrassment to them. He had the background check of a lifetime before making his decision.

I remember seeing somewhere that along with newspaper article, there was his birth announcement the day after he was born in the newspaper in Hawaii.
