TV adaptation's of Japanese manga or novels create episodes"filler" just to fill a season or give the author time to continue the story. Naruto is Notorious for this. It made 2 seasons worth of filler.

Thats epically horrible. I like to track the growth of a character, especially with these types of shows in terms of power. Thats nearly impossible if they skip around at random. The last soul society arc should have taken place after the first hueco mundo one, simply because Ichigo was able to hold his transformation longer than he could before the hueco mundo arc. On the other hand, dialogue clearly shows that the events in hueco mundo aren't resolved yet.

I feel you man. That's why I try to read the manga of a long running series before I watch the anime so I can spot the BS. It also makes you appreciate the upcoming animation in a great scene you saw from the manga.

Yeah, I've thought about reading manga, but I can't seem to get into them as well. I stick to straight novels or animation/tv.

they needa show Zaraki train and learn bankai! So far besides ichigo and grimmjow, Zaraki is another one of my favorite characters. some of the side characters are weak sauce tho man, they should at least bump them up in power a bit. Chad getting whooped so easily sux, especially with his new armor upgrades, can't wait to see his full potential though, although the colors do look a little funky together, I thought the pink and black looked dope though

and ishida...when he busted out ransōtengai to whoop kurotsuchi's ass looked sweet, it sounded like he wouldn't be able to bust that move ever again, hopefully he can learn to hold the form in an alternate way...kinda like how ichigo underwent the training to hold his hollow form longer

I can't read manga tho man..I mean it's sweet...I love art..but if I know there's an actual animation, I just prefer that over the manga...

A lot of the power differences in that show are way off. There isn't a lot of consistency in how strong people are. Ichigo was about equal to zaraki when he first fought him, andshould be at several times more powerful than he was. But whenever they show any sort of comparative reference in their powers by showing them fight similar enemies, ichigo is never that much better, if at all. Quite a few things like that come up...

I'm not sure if its different in the manga or not, but i think the "heros" are meant to be shown as underdogs against big powerful enemies who think they have it won already before they get outsmarted.

Also, Zaraki is strong enough, he does not need more power. But i do like to watch him fight

well...since ichigo won the first fight with Zaraki, and then went training to face byakuya...right there and then he even furthered the gap between Zaraki, then, he underwent even more rigorous training, and gained more abilities even furthering the gap more!...each fight he undergoes he improves his skills and abilities.

but then again, Zaraki was basically toying with ichigo the whole time he fought him, and only revealed his power for a little while. You also gotta keep in mind that certain fighters fight well against other fighters too I guess

I'm just saying tho, Zaraki is too bad @ss of a character to not become more powerful lol...if he stood the same power level as when he first fought ichigo, man ichigo would whoop the sh*t outa zaraki without need of his hollow form, so he better have been getting stronger hopefully

I wanna see him take on some espada or somethin, and fight on par with some high rankers as well.

Fear not Zaraki fights some espade as soon as Nel is done. I've been reading the manga and with the Lulichio stuff finished they be getting back to animating the story as told in the manga.

The fight with Aizen will be awesome, I just hope they don't drag it out like DBZ did with Freeza. And I would like to see what Gin can do, and where his alliance lays, because i think he will become a traitor at some point.

oh I know man...DBZ dragged on like crazy!...when Vageta tried to take him on, holy sh*t there was a whole episode like literaly 10-15 minutes of him just powering up, just standing there gathering energy...and he still got his @ss handed to him later

I can't wait til we start getting the main fights under way. The top 3 espada, aizen, the captains fighting in hueco mundo or someplace they wont hold back their powers. Should be sweet.
