I've learned it helps to set small daily goals to help you realize you've accomplished something.

My goals for the day are:
Do dishes, meditate, and try to be more positive!

What are yours?

You don't have to be happy you are going to work. Just realize it is something you have to do until something else comes along. I recommend relaxing and breathing techniques before you go if it is stressful for you. I never believed in that stuff before, but I am learning it helps in alot of stressful situations.

Well that isn't a simple daily goal. Try to think of simpler things. That might take your mind off of the life or death thing a bit.

I am doing better Coffee (sorry not good with names. I know you mentioned it, but my mind has been in a million places lately.)
I should probably journal too, and definately go for a motorcycle ride.

De-ice the jeep, get to work without having an accident, survive driving eighty miles in this stuff, and get home unscathed, then finish the laundry since the plumber is fixing the pipes, and then shower, lie down, and relax.
