Wenis is also the skin covering your elbow which was the OP's point... 'Wenis' is the patch of the rough skin on the outside of the elbow. It is from the word, Wisen' which is near the funny bone. Then it got mixed up with the male genital 'Penis'' having the same type of fore-skin & we've got the rhyming word, 'wenis'.
