on election day this fine city of mine had a referendum on it to vote that all companies that employ more than 10 people has to give them 9 sick days a year and if they employ less than 10 it would be 5 days

this little referendum passed i was just wondering what some of you think about it

I think it was a mistake. I have a hard time with anyone telling someone how to run the business and that they have to give them this. I also have other points that i disagree on this topic but i want to hear some other voices on what you think
