ok I didn't know exactly where this would belong, most likely not here. I need help with something I should know how to do by now. I have a picture of myself I want to add but it isn't a jpeg or bmp. Obviously I have put one up before but I am having a brain fart and can't recall, what i did.

Open the picture in mspaint and resave it as a jpg or bmp.
