When I created my profile after setting my country there appears a line with all the spanish regions under the title state. After that, the public profile that everybody can see shows only the region, in my case Valencia but not the country Spain. For spanish people when they see the town it is easy to know the region but when people from other countries see Alicante, Valenciana, most of them have not the faintest idea what new country in this everchanging world this Valenciana is. The same happens with most countries. Most of us have heard of all states of the USA but not so with other countries.I suggest if the region has to be kept it is also important that the country be shown in the profiles.
