We won't see that here till about March, if we're lucky, could be as late as April. Winters just seem to linger in these mountains not wanting to give way to spring and warm weather. |

Carold I can't wait!!! Putting my beer on ice and packing my saddle bags. YeeHaw!!!!!!! ![]() This reminds me of the time several years ago several buddies of mine and myself packed into the wilderness here to spend several days there. We spent two days hicking to a lake seventeen miles into the mountains and when we got there one of my buddies reached deep into my pack and pulled out two six packs of beer. I wondered why my pack was so heavy. I'd of knocked him down if I could have got myself up off the ground. |

I usally only carry one. Have to drive back after the ride. I usally only drink four and share the rest. Tommorrow looks like it is going to be rough one, got to help girlfriend with her new horse she is afraid of it. So I my have to give up my horse to ride that green horse. Better pad my butt. |

But summers here are worth it. This winter so far is very mild. |

Alot of people in this country ride. With mile after long mile of mountain trails some people will ride into the mountains and spend several days there, or till there beer runs out. lol. Have fun today. |
