Had my voice lesson today and my voice teacher noticed that i had much better breath support. She asked me what I was doing differently. I told her the only thing I could think of was that I had lost several inches around my abdomen. She said she had never heard me sing that well. This even at the end of a long busy concert season!!! Wow! |

It's Saturday morning again and that means it was time to weigh and measure again. This is like a christmas present from me to me. I feel so much better. Lost another 2 lbs this week and another 1 3/4". Just keeps melting off. I have been this size in 8 yrs!!!! Of course, all this dancing for joy will help me melt off a few more lbs.   Total - 14 1/2 lbs, 20 3/4" I'll have to get some new pics over the holidays.  Keep up the good work and yes, post new pics!! |
