This time of year
Thanksgiving and christmas Brings to home Everything i so dearly miss Everything i never had... Oh yes i did but can't recall Any of it at all For that was 35 years ago And i was just so small This time of year... A time for family A time for cheer This time of year....every year I shed oh so many tears I so long for what i know Could never be To have you here again with me Daddy Sitting here looking at pictures of you Pictures of us Mom ..you..brother and me Way back when a beautiful family Not a day goes by That i dont ask why You were taken from my life |
