there is nothing wrong on your mate to have male friends/or female friends you have to have trust in your relationship... i have alot of male friends and it hasnet been a problem. and it shouldnt be one now
i have 2 guy friends that i have known for 28yrs im not going to stop being there friend or stop talking to them.

I personally think it can create problems unless they have a mate as well and you can go out as couples and do things together jmo

It's possessive, that's for sure. It's not outrageous to expect monogamy, however.
