Carol, tried to learn to eat liver and onions several times, just never was able to like it. My parents loved it. when I was a kid WE HAD to eat it Thank goodness my Mom stopped short of making us eat it. Several times though she tried cooking it a different way and tried telling us it was something else. Of course one bite and we knew! My daughter never knew or grand daughter but now can't get by with it :) Going to combine the chicken a nd liver make chiken livers Enjoy that Tazz, you don't have to send me a plate of that, just the roasted chicken and potatoes
