Dear diary.........when my son was eating the meatloaf the other night...he thought he found a hair in it. It was just connective tissue. I told him it was just cow poop and to eat it...... so he did!!!

I made meat loaf last night DO NOT COOK MEAT LOAF IN A CORELLE CASSEROLE DISH !!!! ***!!!!!!!!! it took half hour of scrubbin to get it clean I used to use a bread pan but its metal eeew I donno but I dont wanna use metal pan for meat loaf any more
