Their plan will add $6700.00 in new debt to each American Household. For each each job thier plan might produce, it will cost $214,000. The bill is all spending programs to pay off campiagn debts. They were forced to remove money for contraceptives and refurbishment of the "Mall of America." I would say it was a Democrat bill, since not one single repub voted for it. If Obama signs it, then it is his because he is the leader of the dems. If it don't work like it is claimed to be going to, then the dems better hope that Obama does like Mugabe does in Zimbabwe, or they'll all be sucking hind tit in two years. Only diff between Obama and Mugabe is location, anyhow Well, something needs to be done. He has to start somewhere. Right and the experts keep telling him that he needs to flush the economy with cash to stop us from going into a depression. Naturally it is going to seem excessive but we have a big country to get the cash to cover. Isn't it funny that the conservatives have no problem wasting trillions on an illegal war in Iraq but have problems with the stimulus to keep the average folks from the bread lines.

its the fact that the tax cuts are for the middle class and not the financial upper crust of society. 18 billion and a new 50 million dollar jet paid for by...... you guessed it.

The republicans were in control of Congress for the 6 out of the last 8 years, right? Yep and the last 6years of Clinton!!!!!! He will ignore that fact. He only uses his grand knowledge to defend Bush but forgets about the 12 years of republican congress!!!!! If he's defending Bush, it's Congress' fault. If he's against something that's happening now, it will be Obama's fault.

I hate to see this debt grow on us all. But understand this... If our debt doesn't grow fast enough, our economy, along with the rest of the world, will collapse. This is the paradox. What needs to happen, is governments worldwide, need to work out another monetary system, making central banks illegal. Our country, to keep our currency in check, should also reback it with gold/silver as directed by our constitution. The problem we are NOT seeing now is that the economy is almost completely controlled by central banks. Unless this is addressed, they will dictate where we go from here. Our debt has little to do with Bush, Clinton, or just about any other president by that matter. It's an inevitable byproduct of a broken monetary system implimented by privately owned, central banks. Another catch is, no matter what we do, the economy worldwide will fail. But the quicker we address the problem, the less devistating it will be (and vise versa).

He only uses his grand knowledge to defend Bush but forgets about the 12 years of republican congress!!!!! If he's defending Bush, it's Congress' fault. If he's against something that's happening now, it will be Obama's fault. Funny how people are quick to blame republicans... You can pinjust as much blame on democrats just as easily. Much of our economic problem today was caused by a housing "bubble" that burst. This was because the government passed legislature to pressure banks into giving loans to riskier people. It was called the Community Reinvestment Act, which was passed in 1977 under Jimmy Carter. Both the house and senate and democratic majority. Banks are to blame. And blame democrats and republicans alike for not dealing with them. If you single either party out, you are a fool.
