I once had a cat that got jealous of the kitty I got her for Xmas (I thought she needed a companion, since I was gone from home so much). She started not using her litter box then one evening she came out of hiding (she started hiding under my bed and just stalking around) looked right at me and proceeded to urinate on the carpet.I ended up giving her away to a friend that didn't have a cat, and could lavish the attention she was missing

I have to admit that I'm really miffed in the moment.

The tablecloth is 1.5 m by 1.5 m, and I only had 2 rounds left to finish it. Due to my studying I didn't do anything with it for a couple of weeks, but there was about 70 hours, if not more, of work in it. If the bleach doesn't work, it's ruined for good. brokenheart
try using the bleach on the cat spock

Cats are very sensitive about their territory.

I had one for 19 years and I know when they get older they urinate a lot more and get fussy about a clean litter box. Had a few accident. But couldn't put anything new down that he could nest and pee in.

Hi:)
I had a cat that did that. Vet said she was angry at me because I wasn't home as much. Once a cat picks a place to ummm..land...it is tough to deter it, but here is how you can do it. Place the litter box where the kitty has decided is THE SPOT. Leave it there for 3 days. If kitty uses it, you know you are in the right place. After 3 days are up, clean out the litter and replace it with a couple inches of water. (Yes, I did say water) Your sweet paws will hop in, and jump right back out very unhappy. You can now put the litter box back where it should be, because kitty will not want to try that spot again!
Sorry about your damaged work :( and good luck!
