Strictly purist plain baked New york, berries on the side. Prefer my own, but will settle for another's if quality. Here in Boulder, I'll only eat The Cheese Cake Factory's and The Whole Foods' ones.
I was once a chef/baker. Most desserts are loss leaders, strictly there as a courtesy. Cheesecakes are one of the more expensive desserts to turn out. SO good ... |
