something i DON'T understand is, that people will e-mail me, and ask questions that i've answered in my profile, time and time again. some questions are the same, and some different, but all answered in my profile, go figure. maybe i should have a one line profile, and constantly ask to have it rated..........

This is a problem! It's annoying as hell! 
They are either just looking at the pix and roaming through life oblivious to the obvious; they want to have things spoon fed to them without putting forth effort; or they just don't care enough to invest time in knowing whether you are a possible match. I don't think it's a great reason to say they are trying to make conversation to ask again. Geezus, aren't there one million and one things to chat about aside from what is already written in the profile? Or, maybe they could ask specifics about one of your interests to inspire a further conversation. UGH!

If someone liked you, and always checked your profile page and tried to see what you were up to, would you be creeped out?Or flattered?
For a number of months, there were 7 or 8 women who would look at my profile EVERY DAY. OK, my profile is long, but it doesn't take months and months to read it. I never really knew what to make of this. None of them ever contacted me -- they just looked every day. They probably still do, but now we have stealth mode.  wow, you should try to contact them Lex
