      So i take it not to many people new who he was.he was a big radioe host i listen to when i was young died today at 90 wich sucks :/

      Just heard the news.  Can remember hearing his voice on the radio.  Use to like listening to him while driving.

      Oh no! He was one of the greats, really knew how to tell a story. A moment of silence.

     I hadn't heard this, i am deeply saddened by this news. What a fine individual...truly a great loss.  |

      I used to listen to him on my lunch break years ago.  Didn't his son take over for him?
 
  And I think his final line was "And now you know....the rest of the story!"  |

       Dang! This is the first I heard of his passing. He was on the radio first thing in the morning when I was a kid. Another icon of the time gone.

      Didn't know. I know his son was taking more of the program. It was sad about his wife, too. Listen to that show for many years.
