Every day is for being nude! Why limit yourself? No repression here, baby! One life means live it full throttle! The best part about being a responsible adult is pushing the limits and still being productive.
Sunday is for sleeping in, possibly nursing the cumulative hang-overs from the previous weeks debauchery, doing chores, and preparing for the work/school week ahead for me; specifically homework, laundry, and designing client workouts for the week. 
I take my day off from the gym and all of my food limitations. I am just naughty all the way around!
