How about a competency test to get you on to certain sites? |

I'm on record as advocating some sort of basic literacy/competency requirement....I guess I've just read one (billion) too many posts about how hard it is to find a descent man with a sence of humor who isn't a total looser....

What knocks me out is the folks in jail having access. Especially considering what some of them have done. |

Those who can't handle someone elses differed opinions shouldn't have access to the Internet...
Just looking around Forums, most of the scraps start when some bighead states their opinion, then goes on a personal attack because someone disagrees with them... |

A site like this should have, as Lex pointed out, certain literacy requirements as well as a test of basic social skills. |

I welcome a lively discussion and have no problem admitting if I'm wrong. I also hate when debates on an issue turn into personal attacks. However, that is not the question here. The issue here is any illiterate sociopath with a computer is free to roam the world of the internet with impunity. |
