This life we all live.
We must learn to forgive.
Does not mean you must forget.
Just make sure you do not regret.

At times people we meet.
At first will seem so sweet.
They give us that special smile.
Is that just there style?

You think this is the one.
It makes you feel as if life has just begun.
You cannot recall.
Have you ever felt this way at all?

Sometimes we seem to get lost.
Then later we have to pay the cost.
We wonder but have no clue.
What is it they seem to do?

They take our heart.
And slowly tear it apart.
Do they not know?
Or does it not show.

Our hearts that was so true.
Now are lonely and blue.
Do they not care?
Or do they even dare.

Why is it?
Does there love just quit?
Or do they even know what love is.
For all of those that says.

This hurt will mend.
At times we try to pretend.
What they say is right.
But we seem to loose sight.

Our hearts seem to sink.
We no longer can think.
Why does this have to be?
Why do we not see?


That some just play a game.
It is a shame.
They treat others this way.
Then they just go away.

So true nor will I understand why some people do and
say the things they do. It makes me wonder at times
if they realize what they have done. Or do they just
shrug it off as if it did not mean anything?
