one egg, 2 tbl sugar, 1 c milk, 2 c flour, mix by hand till smooth, add another c milk, ladle into lg med hot buttered skillet - i use a hand wisk and a non-stick skillet and 1/2 a pat of butter per crepe
swirl quickly to coat skillet, wait until dry with browning edges flip for 20 secs and done! makes about 8 lg crepes voila! serve with sliced fruit, berries, sprinkle of sugar, jam etc...

i missed it!
i made...a circular sunburst swing for the kids in the backyard!
we made it together! i did the woodcutting and the kids helped me paint the seat! scrap wood free and about $15 worth of hardware... but they love a swing that goes in circles |
