OK::::thumbsup:
As time changes the lives we live in today this does not mean that the way we share our feelings for one another changes.
Remember there is a ON & OFF switch on all this stuff. Try turning off the tech stuff and go sit at a lake. Then just take in the beauty you will be able to handle the tech world with a different perspective.glasses

My thoughts that keeps me sane:banana:

Yes just put it down.
Unless you let someone put it inside your body.
It can never take your soul and that is what matters the most.
"PERIOD"biggrin :angel:

I love technology but at the same time it is distressing that I would rather chat on here than go out into the world. I used to read more, dance more, see the sun more. Its good for hermatism. noway Ok I must google that word now!!!:wink:

I'm old fashioned and only use tech when I have to. For everything else theres mastercard, um, uh I mean physical and mental strength.

Welcome Qiao. Tech is always changing. I'm a hands on guy. I'm always busy making things better for my own personal gain. I enjoy tinkering. I built a 2 gallon high output hydrogen fuel cell for my pickup truck. It went from 7 mpg to 31 mpg. I carved the isolators by hand. My education helped me see my way clear to building a forced induction system that truly works and is fairly foolproof. Through trial and error I learned correct energy to power consumption and using the correct relays to run it.

Through trial and error I built my computer for my needs. Right now I'm rolling across michigan talking to you on a blackberry pearl daisychained into a blackberry duece with full expansion, bluetooth, and auto dictation transmitting over satellite. I talk and it transcribes and sends. I can send live feed, vid, current pics. For my job its a great safety net.

...no that's the thing. For my needs the tech is great. But I can seperate myself from it. My favorite thing to do is adventure touring the world on motorcycle. Living off of my wits. Climbing mountains. There's no tech to it. Yeah I got my satcom rig packed in my bags but it stays there unless there's an emergency or unless I want to be a ham and send live video feed to my freinds. "Hey look at me! Its me hanging off a 14,000 foot mountain! I'm here and you're not"! I'm happy most when I'm out living a nomadic existence traveling.
