I also read where they distribute to local gangs for resale.
The Mexican cartel took the place of the "columbians". It used to be the columbians that ruled the drug world here in America. Kat |

Bein's the Feds knew where they were, they'd have already busted them. Only reason I could imagine why they are intact is, some of the money they generate is good for the economy. Here's a link to gangs per-capita per State. They deal big time drugs also. http://www.usdoj.gov/ndic/pubs32/32146/appa.htm#Map1 They move in and out, by the time the Feds had a tag on the location they already moved. For the most part the local law enforcement is feeding them info, this is the cartel not some junkie selling dimebags they have money and they have a powerful arm to flex when needed. Example; Bloods, Crips, Ms13, Mexican mafia, are not dime baggers, they are well organized and established. The closest to the cartel is the Mexican Mafia, only because most of them move with the same immunity the cartel has. The rest are small time compared to the cartel, trust me. If you say, Cartels have Immunity, how will the Feds be able to touch them? |

Hendersonville's population is 11,953! I think they'd stand out a little! Your not understanding, they don't stand out that isn't apart of their MO. They have to lay low, they don't make money in prison or dead. No! You dont understand. Hendersonville is full of Retirees! LMAO |

The map says that they are in East St. Louis, IL. That's just across the Mississippi River from me. There have always been drugs there. People get crack from there.
Statistics of East St. Louis, IL: * Black (97.7%) * White Non-Hispanic (1.2%) * Hispanic (0.7%) * Two or more races (0.6%) There is a town about 15 minutes from East St. Louis, IL, that has a high Hispanic population. It is known for having illegals there. This town is not listed on the map: Races in Fairmont City, IL: * Hispanic (55.4%) * White Non-Hispanic (42.4%) * Other race (27.5%) * Two or more races (3.7%) * American Indian (1.3%) * Black (1.2%) Hmm....something is going on here. |

Hendersonville's population is 11,953! I think they'd stand out a little! [/quot Ponca city is about the same size. The people there know of their existance. I have talked to many there that say "we knew that". The drugs are prevalent there. These kinds of drugs don't just happen in those quantities in those small towns without good connections. Ice, the "real deal" coke and pot is busted all the time in quantities..with potent analasis. No bathtub crap there. Kat |

The cartel can't get caught, you can get members of the cartel but the heads will never be caught. The cartel doesn't just consist of Hispanics, the cartel has full blooded Italians, Russians, Germans, and yes, Americans under its wing. This isn't some sissy operation, these people do not live by law they don't fear law. Law simply does not exist as long as they can get from point A to point B safely for delivery.
Immunity is because if they do get caught, what do they get hit with? Possession over 50 keys? 10 years, 5 with good behaviour, 3 if you pay the prosecution. |

What better place than a community like that? I mean...lets face it...quiet is better. They do business quietly when staging their ware. I see it here across the street. These apartments are quiet for the most part. But, late at night and early in the day...there is something going on with all these nice cars and suv's coming and going that do not live there. Dressed nice..quiet...too quiet. I used to live the drug world. There are signs that one becomes aware of that others may not get. A look...an action...a way that is obvious to the trained eye of a user and dealer. Kat |

Like you said, the drug cartel heads do not get caught. They stay there and travel here for pleasure and a watchful eye. Never being tagged with the goods. They have those that are put in place to take the heat. They can lose everyone they have and replace them in an instant. I mean they give a SUV "Lincoln Navigator" away to be possibly confiscated by the authorities for delivery. They have money to burn and are very smart. Not to mention so deadly. Kat |

Interesting.
The cartels distribute to gangs. Seems the Mexican Mafia has expanded a bit. Note the last sentence. The Arians ain't no whimp-a$$, small time deal. From the FBI Files; MEXICAN MAFIA The Mexican Mafia, also known as the New Family, is a militant revolutionary group in the California Prison System. They are known to use violent and disruptive attacks against the California Department of Correction Authority. They engage in rebellion, insurrection and destruction of Prison property. This group is made up of primarily Mexican-American convicts from the barrios of East Los Angeles. They have expanded power outside of the penal facilities and are organized into ethnic groups who are trying to control narcotics, contract killings, robbery and forgery. This group is antiblack and has aligned itself with the Aryan Brotherhood, a white supremacy movement . |

That's okay fanta.
I know it is right here. The towns here, listed have been targeted for awhile now. Lately the news has been about huge busts in Ponca and Tulsa as Oklahoma city. The national news as well as the local news has been following this and never told what towns for sure but did say the same things. There are many busts here. Large ones. The interstate is the big culprit here. I35 and I 40 huge traffic for drugs. Kat |

Fanta, Can you tell by just looking at a person that they are a drug dealer? I can't. I would know! Trust me! Better than the FBI! WNC doesnt tolerate the Feds coming into our communities, and they cant come in without local Authority permission! We take care of our own BS! |
