I was going to say a bunch of shiznit here but suffice to say.
I was wishing she would communicate more (and ready to listen without trying to problem solve) She could match me beer for beer and would fart louder and more often than I (didn't really watch sports or fix that much)..but all the same........ The Cliches Are Dead! Aren't they? |

So True Lex! ...but in practical application...they seem to disipate Is it that, or is it just that we get so used to them that they stop making any kind of impact? I know that, when reading profiles, it's actually OK (maybe better) for me to fall into a narcoleptic trance before I start -- because only maybe once every four years or so am I going to run into anything with the slightest semblance of originality to it -- after a few billion "laid back" and "easy going" and "I like to have fun" profiles, and spelling and grammar from the late Cretaceous, I wonder what it would be like to meet someone who actually transcended clichedom! Alas, there has been no such creature since, oh, the trilobite.... |
