back from the doctor already ..
it is soo hot & it isn't even summer yet... ... 
i rode my 21 speed so fast..  about two miles in five minutes
it was over 104 degrees in March & April 1976 
when i was pregnant with & delivered
over twelve pounds of twins
and now is no different serious global warming they say ... 
too many people with cars who refuse to ever just park it 
and walk or ride a bike... 
lots of lazy people in these parts 
it's supposed to be in the triple digits again very soon... 
oh i can hardly wait
