Today I was working and in the afternoon around 3 or 4 pm. I got mad
with no reason whatsoever. My co-workers didn't do anything to me. They
were even playing around while working, but i was not paying attention I
was so focus in my work (furniture finishing). I ended up the day with a
headache and my face was burning.
I've talked with a couple of my friends, and they told me that is being
exhausted because I've working 2 weeks in a row without days off, and
this sunday I'm going to work again.
What do u guys think?
what can I do to keep it cool while working like this?

I do furniture refinishing as well, LW. You could have been having a
reaction to the fumes on any one of a number of things you were using or
the wood.
Allergies do not always manifect themselves in sneezing or way=tery
eyes. Depending on the chemical they can effect your mood.

What Nus said makes sense, you could be reacting to some of the fumes of
the chemicals you are using, are you in a well ventilated area???

Exhaustion can do that too, but doesn't seem that 2 weeks would do that
to someone young like you.

Maybe you need to take a break when you start to feel that way and get
outside for some fresh air, take a walk, and see if that helps, that
would help you narrow it down that it could be the fumes, just a
thought.

nusalor somebody told me that the fumes can do that, but the weird thing
is that it never has happened to me, and I've been doing that for 2
years now.

you know, you can suddenly develop a response to something...even if
you've been using it for YEARS.

Doesn't matter how long you have been exposed. Any one of a number of
things can change in your body's metabolism that will induce an allergic
reaction.
If this happens again, I would seriously consider consulting a
physician. You do not want to risk a toxic buildup in your system.
