damn that feels good on my sinuses! im really sick its turned to a infection and ive been sleeping most all weekend.... hope it goes away by itself, i feel the tube of my nose go all the way down to my throat area which is sore but not swollen...i thought i had a infected tooth hope thats not it.... sinuses are bleeding on that side too... unreal.. temp is 96.6 to 97.4 feel it in my ear too..

Do you have a neti-pot or big syringe? You can rinse out your sinuses with warm (NOT HOT) salt water, helps a lot, even if it is a bit messy. |

  the news needs to make up its mind. First it says its 104 out now they say 97 but feels like a 100
hmmm wonder why the man smoking crack in his house that caught on fire doesn't want his picture on the news.

water up my nose? wont it go into my lungs? Nope, you tilt your head to one side, slowly squirt the water up one nostril and it comes out the other nostril (have a BIG towel there). Then repeat on the other side. It helps open everything up and clean it all out. Neti-pots have been used in Eastern cultures for about 2000 years. When I had my nosejob, I had to do it for weeks! |
