in some states the state pays the child if the parent is on disability

If he is on Social Security, the child will receive money from that until they are 18 yrs. old. It's a federal issue and not a state issue.

Here, if the father is on welfare they won't garnish him. But as soon as he works he will be garnished. Thats why so many losers stay on welfare and sell drugs on the side.slaphead
