Geez, do I feel old. I was in high school for Thriller and Purple Rain. I was talking to one of our PAs earlier and he wasn't even born when Thriller was released  
I was never a huge MJ fan, his older stuff, though, is far better. But, Thriller, now that's a video! One of the best things, to this day, I've ever seen. And getting Vincent Price as the narrator, sheer genius

I think Thriller came out in 1983, which would have put me a sophomore in high school, as I graduated in 85. Unless I have the year it came out wrong?
 But I could swear I was in high school. Course, it could just be one of those senior moments
